"Togo: The Creole Frog Prince" is my personal re-imagination of the classic fairy tale, The Frog Prince. Needless to say, it's not a happy ending. The character was developed with Playstation 3 specs.
These agents were created for a cancelled Nintendo Wii title. Here, I added some additional texture maps and advanced shaders for presentation purposes.
I always imagined Super Mario as a darker, almost nightmarish being, in the Mushroom Kingdom. "Mad Mario" was developed under Xbox 360 specs.
Head rotation of "Luigi."
I have a fascination with visualizing Super Mario as a darker character. This was the first 3D image I created of him. This was created in under 4 hours.
"The Ogre" in "Medieval Games" for the Wii, published by Bethesda. Here I'm using a simulated Sub Surface Scattering shader for presentation purposes.
I was having difficultly visualizing this character's head after I concepted it in 2D. I decided that I would make a quick 3D sculpt in Zbrush to work on the forms before moving on to the final 3D character model.
This is Apollo from "Jim Henson's Pajanimals: A Light in the Sky" Interactive Episode App for the iOS. I modeled and textured him. Being a low poly model, it was a challenge to recreate the fur material the real muppets are made out of.
This is Moon from "Jim Henson's Pajanimals: A Light in the Sky" Interactive Episode App for the iOS.
All the Pajanimals together. This was a fantastic and fun project to work on, since the characters were critiqued by the Jim Henson Company. It was very challenging to get the muppets looking fluffy with such low poly specs.
The Dilophosaurus in "Dino Strike" on the Wii. 1,000 Polygons & 1024 Diffuse Map (Specular in Alpha Channel)
A close of view of "Togo". Here you can see the fine texture & shaders details on the character.
Some renders of the high poly Zbrush sculpt.
A collection of work in progress shots of "Togo". Normal maps do wonders for a character like this.
